COMMENTS
|
For the first few months of 1966, a few
EP's were issued on a red label with large ODÉON. It is easy to see that this was an intermediary release, since by this time the Odeon logo on the EP covers had changed. The EP's which exist in this intermediate form are:
But although MEO 105 is a "Yesterday" EP, it is not a reissue of SOE 3772; instead, it is a domestic release of EP MOE 21004, which had previously been made only for export. There are two different versions for the cover of the MEO 102: 1st. Press: Back cover printed "IDN - MADE IN FRANCE." 2nd. Press: Back cover printed "MADE IN FRANCE." IDN: French printing company. I.D.N. is an acronym standing for "Imprimerie Du Nord". Identified on most records with the sentence : "IDN made in France" or "I.D.N. made in France" |
