It has a similar design to the UK picture sleeve, "Y" following catalog number on the front cover.

Catalog No. "C 062-04433", "Y", and "Ⓣ" were printed on upper right corner of the cover. The bottom center place of the back cover, the credit "LES INDUSTRIES MUSICALES ET ÉLECTRIQUES PATHÉ MARCONI - PARIS" "MADE IN FRANCE", and "Apple Records" were printed.

label label In late 1968, all new Beatles releases switched to the Apple label. By April, however, France had become part of the European Economic Community (EEC). From that point on, most records, new and rerelease, would be issued with the new EEC numbering system.
The words "Made in France by Pathe Marconi" was printed around the label.

 In late 1968, all new Beatles releases switched to the Apple label. By April, however, France had become part of the European Economic Community (EEC). From that point on, most records, new and rerelease, would be issued with the new EEC numbering system. Most albums from "Yellow Submarine" on feature the new numbering.
This first Apple label style continued through 1971.

The EMI country codes (introduced on 1 June, 1969): In most cases the EMI Codes are the first two letters of the records catalog#. These EMI Country Codes were used to indicate the country in which the record was pressed. Note this doesn't necessarily means the record was also released in that country.

On both sides, the "BIEM" logo in the box was printed at the right side of  the center hole.
Sleeves for "Let It Be (stereo)" did two French printing house: I.D.N. and Offset France. This issue has a sleeve made by Offset France.
