COMMENTS
Original Hörzu labels were red with a white rectangular logo.
"Help!" copies with the large red rectangular logo on the front cover and the "Alle ..." text are between Aug '65 and July '66 (maybe).

HÖRZU: A TV magazine (owned by the Springer Group of Companies) got rights from the major German record companies to advertise (in their magazine) and sell selected product through their mail-order department to make it easier for people to buy product as in those days a lot more people lived outside / a far distance away from the bigger cities with their record shops.
(from Steve Hoffman Music Forums)

The Original Hörzu (and Odeon) label (stereo) LP's appear in two slightly different styles. The first of these styles, features the following print around the rim of the label:

ALLE RECHTE DES PLATTENHERSTELLERS UND EIGENTÜMERS DES AUFGENNOMMENEN WERKES VORBEHALTEN.
VERVIELFÄLTIGUNG, ÖFFENTLICHE AUFFÜHRUNG. RUNDFUNKSENDUNG UNTERSAGT
(ALL RIGHTS OF THE OWNER OF SHEET MANUFACTURER AND BEEN EXCLUDED WORK RESERVED. COPYING, PUBLIC PERFORMANCE. RADIO BROADCAST PROHIBITED)

In mid 1966, the rim print was changed on all Hörzu (and Odeon) releases to read:

URHEBER. UND LEISTUNGSSCHUTZRECHTE, BESONDERS VERVIELFÄLTIGUNG
(AUSSER ZUM PERSÖNLICHEN GEBRAUCH), VERMIETUNG. AUFFÜHRUNG, SENDUNG, VORBEHALTEN
(COPYRIGHT AND  PROPERTY RIGHTS, ESPECIALLY REPRODUCTION
(EXCEPT FOR PERSONAL USE), RENT, PERFORMANCE, BROADCAST)

The "Linksschrift"-cover is rare, and for all I know it only appeared with '65 copies of Help (Alle Rechte ... rim). It was not 'immediately withdrawn', as some sources say. It was not a blatant error, so there was no need to destroy copies. The design may have been changed immediately, or the left-right thing may have been a mistake made at the printers' when they assembled the b/w and colour transparencies (unlikely). In any case, several thousand copies should be out there. "Rechtsschrift" covers vastly outnumber them because all subsequent pressings with that sleeve had them, but for first editions the difference may be not that overwhelming. Maybe 1:10?

* GEMA (Gesellschaft für musikalische Aufführungs- und mechanische Vervielfältigungsrechte.) was started in 1915 and handles the copyright in Germany.

Red label with black ink.
The "TV/record player" logo started near the end of 1972.
The TV/record player logo, together with the new all-red labels, was in use until (late) 1975 or early 1976, when SHZE was changed to "1 C" numbers and the logo appeared in black on the regular blue Odeon labels. Die Beatles (= Please Please Me), MMT and Help all appeared with SHZE numbers and the new logo (sleeve) and were pressed between 1973 and 1975.
