For the first time ever with the first edition of this LP, all of The Beatlesf recordings from Hamburg, except gSwanee Riverh were released on one and the same LP.
The Beatles participate however only on eight of the recordfs twelve cuts. In spite of this fact, this record was introduced as a Beatles LP and Tony Sheridan, from this moment on, had to settle for a lesser position.
All of the titles on the LP, except gNobodyfs Childh, were already released earlier on records in mono in Germany when this LP was released. As to the rest of the material on this LP, were The Beatles participate, both gMy Bonnieh, gThe Saintsh, gCry For A Shadowh and gWhyh had already been released earlier in stereo in Germany. With this LP however, gAinft She Sweeth, gSweet Georgia Brownh, gIf You Love Me, Baby / Take Out Some Insurance, Babyh and gNobodyfs Childh was released for the first time in stereo in Germany.
It it worth nothing that on this LP, gMy Bonnieh doesnft have the slow introduction any more, and gSweet Georgia Brownh is the new version with the over-dubbed vocal by Tony Sheridan.
