  • 1st Press (14th. Feb. 1966): Black Parlophon label with spherical logo and silver print, BIEM / BIEM, Small title on A-Side
  • 2nd. Press (1966): Black Parlophon label with spherical logo and silver print, BIEM / BIEM, Bigger title on A-Side
Sleeve;
  • 1st. press (14th. Feb. 1966): Front cover has the Yellow Flag (BANDIERA GIALLA(*)). Records that were voted into the top position were given a yellow flag, which was usually pasted onto the sleeve in sticker form, or printed on. Back cover lists 21 singles. 
  • 2nd. press (1966): removed the Yellow Flag on the front cover, Back cover lists 21 singles.
  • 3rd. press (1966): Back cover is whole yellow, and has the words "MICHELLE disco "GIALLO" dei BEATLES.
  • 4th. press (1966): looks like the 3rd. sleeve, but has the tab cut sleeve .
On both side of the disk, "BIEM" logo in the box and matrix number were printed at the left side of the label.

*BANDIERA GIALLA: was the title of a popular radio programme, where listeners ciould phone in and vote for their favourite song every week.
