Carisch is a leading publishing company based in Milan, founded in 1887, which prints and distributes the most important catalogues of music score.
"PARLOPHON" logomark was printed at the left corner of the front cover.

Italy adapted the U.K. cover for the domestic release, but had a unique Italian-only cover as well.
That one features a printed on BANDIERA GIALLA (Yellow flag).
Records that were voted into the top position were given a yellow flag, which was usually pasted onto the sleeve in sticker form.

On both side of the disk, "BIEM" logo in the box was printed.
