Vol.1 MFP 50506 and Vol.2 MFP 50507. EMI Records decided to issue the remixed recordings. They split the two albums, put them into new sleeves reportedly following complaints about the original sleeves (Rock'n' Roll Music (PCSP 719)) and issued them on the Music For Pleasure label as Rock And Roll Music, Volumes 1 and 2. These releases allow comparison with the mixes used on the original 1976 U.K. double album. Unlaminated “Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd” sleeves. This copy has a Type-4-3 plain white paper inner sleeve. Red-black labels with the bottom text “COPYRIGHT RECORD ALL RIGHTS OF THE MANUFACTURER AND OF THE OWNER OF THE RECORDED WORK RESERVED UNAUTHORISED PUBLIC PERFORMANCE BROADCASTING AND COPY OF THIS RECORD PROHIBITED”. These albums are reported to have been manufactured using Capitol Records lacquers. (The mixes used on this version are the same as on the US release, using George Martin's alterations.)
