COMMENTS		Black and Yellow Parlophone label with silver print: the name "THE GRAMOPHONE CO. LTD.(capital letter)" on the outer rim, the "SOLD IN U.K." remark, and the "(P) 1965" statement. Beginning in 1964, Parlophone (and all the other EMI companies) began printing a phrase in the centers of all their singles, EP's and LP's, which said: SOLD IN U.K. SUBJECT TO RESALE PRICE CONDITIONS, SEE PRICE LISTS. This notice appears on the labels of every UK market EMI product, from very early 1964, right through mid-1969. On 1st July 1965, EMI underwent a merger and each individual ceased to be a L.T.D. company and became a subsudialy of "The Gramophone Co. Ltd." which was owned by EMI. This merger meant yet another label change occurred and previous "Parlophone Co. Ltd." rims where replaced with the new "Gramophone" rims. Sleeves for "Help! (mono)" did only one London’s of printing house: Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. (maybe) The word "mono", on upper right of the front cover, is medium size and outline type. Side 2: The publishing credit for "Act Naturally" says "Lark Mus." Later pressing was changed to "Lark Music". The top of the 3rd. line started the words "Northern Songs. NCB."

COMMENTS		Black Parlophone label with silver print (1 EMI Mark): Parlophone started to use a newly designed label in late 1969. Parlophone radically changed their label design to this silver style with an EMI boxed logo at the bottom of the label, and the rim text arched around the top of the label rather than underneath. The name "THE GRAMOPHONE CO. LTD..." appears on the outer rim. These one-box Mono Parlophone pressings were made in very small numbers and were only available for a very short time before EMI stopped pressing Mono versions of "Help!" a few months later. Both Columbia and Parlophone changed their label designs by adding an EMI boxed logo (one EMI boxed logo label) at the bottom of the label in 1969. This design with silver text on a black background was used from the end of 1969 to the beginning of 1971. In early 1971, Columbia and Parlophone added another EMI logo (two EMI boxed logo label) at the top of the label. This two-box EMI logo design lasted for many years. Sleeves for "Help! (mono)" were printed by only one printing house in London: Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. (probably). The word "mono" on the upper right of the front cover is medium-sized and in an outline font.
