Toshiba/EMI Japan issued this Euro-German compilation April 1978 as part of Japan's "Country Flag" obi / EAS re-issue series of the Beatles Japanese LP catalog which began in 1976. This Title n° 33 in the series, with German flag obi.

It's a re-issue of the German Odeon release "Beatles Beat (STO 83 692)" compilation. Originally released there 1967.

  • A1 "She Loves You"
  • A4 "I'll Get You" are fake stereo.
