COMMENTS

"The Golden Beatles" is a two sided interview record with 2 Beatle interviews from 1965 and 1968.
The album has a gatefold cover, and the inside features a illustration of "The Trojan Horse" a painting by Lionel Barry Agar from York in England.

This 45, JPGR-4, appears to have 2 novelty songs, The A side is Beatle Rap by The Quoryman (not the real Quarrymen) and B side is Oi Gevalt (shock or surprise) by the Yeadles.
The bonus single contains audio unrelated to The Beatles. The first track, "BEATLE RAP," is a rap featuring a "Day Tripper"-style riff in the background. It includes parts of lyrics from Beatles songs, even a line from "What's The New Mary Jane," which was unreleased at the time. The second track, "OI GEVALT," is a parody of "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da."

This album and the simultaneously released "The Silver Beatles (UXP-762-V)" both came with special pre-order gifts.
Customers who pre-ordered received a cork coaster printed with Beatles illustrations and the title of each album.
