COMMENTS | The
Beatles Featuring Tony Sheridan, Pickwick (*1) presents,
CN4 2007. This cassette contains the same content as the LP of the same name "CN(A) 2007" released in the UK in 1976, but the track order is different. Text appears “Collectors item original recording” in the upper right corner. Even though this release states ‘electronically created stereo’, they are, in fact the true stereo mixes. Released in the late 1970s?. Single-sided folded inlay. The cassette cases were clear plastic at the front and around the spine area, and black plastic at the rear. Issued in a standard case with a single-sided fold-out j-card inlay. (*1)Pickwick Records: Pickwick Records was an American record label and British distributor known for its budget album releases of sound-alike recordings, bargain bin reissues and repackagings under the brands Design. It was the first UK company to put in place exclusive licensing deals with the major record companies (for many years it was the official budget reissue outlet for labels such as RCA and CBS.) |
