COMMENTS
Teichiku started releasing Beatles recordings other than EMI recordings on the Overseas label in September 1985.

Teichiku only had three recordings, excluding some fragmentary songs from press conferences and interviews:
  • Decca Audition recording from January 1, 1962
  • Polydor session recordings from June 1961 to June 1962
  • Live recordings from the Star Club in Hamburg recorded in December 1963.
These three recordings were combined with interview recordings to release a wide variety of LPs.
Teichiku released a total of 19 Beatles LPs between September 1985 and November 1988.

"Harrison Tracks" is a compilation of 11 tracks (*) on which George sings lead vocals from the Polydor, Decca, and Star Club recordings, plus the recordings from the interview record, for a total of 20 tracks.

(*) Includes songs in which George's voice can be heard relatively well, as well as instrumentals co-written by George and John.
  • Tracks A1: Recorded at Polydor Session 22th June 1961
  • Tracks A2, A4, A10, B3, B7, & B8: recorded live at The Star-Club in Hamburg, Germany; Dec. 1962
  • Tracks A6, A8, B1, & B5: recorded at their Decca audition, 1st Jan. 1962.
