The exposed portion of the back liner that wrapped around to the top of the jacket has the phrase "File Under: The Beatles" as well as a large black dot and the catalogue number.

The front cover slicks has the Capitol logo at the upper right corner. The song title of the 3rd track of the side-2, "DIZZY MISS LIZZY", was printed "DIZZY MISS LIZZIE" on the label and both sides of the cover.

The High Fidelity Recording logo and "Also available in stereo" in uppercase letters in the upper right corner.
Capitol/EMI logo mark was printed at the upper left of the back cover.		 The first variation has back liners that were printed prior to Capitol determining the running order of the songs.  The song list appearing inside the box is preceded by the phrase "(See label for correct playing order)" and the word "SELECTION".

The lower portion of the back liner contains "MADE IN U.S.A. • FACTORIES: SCRANTON, PA. - LOS ANGELES, CALIF." and the RIAA (Record Industry Association of America" logo.
Most of the back liners have a small numeral located near the lower right or left corner. These numbers were used by Capitol to identify where the album cover was manufactured.

COMMENTS
 Beatles VI is the Beatles' seventh Capitol Records release in the United States. The LP was released in both mono and stereo versions.

"Yes It Is", the B-side to the single "Ticket to Ride". This is a "duophonic" stereo remix from the original mono track, with additional echo and reverb.

The front cover to the album features a color photograph of the group. The photos, which is credited to Fabulous Magazine - Fleetway Publications Ltd., was taken at the same time as the Robert Whitaker session that produced the photos for "Beatles' 65". Some photos of the Beatles with their Christmas Cake, all taken by Robert Whitaker during the same photo shoot that produced pictures for every season of the year.

There are separate back liners for the mono and stereo covers.
Mono covers have the Capitol/EMI logo, the catalogue number T2358 and the High Fidelity Recording information in the top right portion. At the bottom of the cover is the Monophonic Microgroove Recording information. "MADE IN U.S.A." and the list of factories.
Stereo covers have the catalogue number ST2358 in the upper right corner. The upper portion of the slick contains the Capitol/EMI box logo, the Full Dimensional Stereo information, "MADE IN U.S.A." the list of factories, and the FDS logo.

Both the mono and stereo covers have two variations:
Mono and Stereo covers:
1) The first variation has back liners that were printed prior to Capitol determining the running order of the songs.  The song list appearing inside the box is preceded by the phrase "(See label for correct playing order)" and the word "SELECTION".
2) Later pressings have liners listing the songs in their correct order.

When "Beatles VI" was originally issued, Capitol had factories in
1) Scranton, Pennsylvania
2) Los Angeles, California
3) In mid. 1965, added a pressing plant in Jacksonville, Illinois.

The back liner contains "MADE IN U.S.A. • FACTORIES: SCRANTON, PA. - LOS ANGELES, CALIF." and the RIAA (Record Industry Association of America" logo.

Capitol did not fabricate its own album covers. Capitol required the cover manufacturer to place a factory identification number on the back liners. The fabricators added a small number, usually in the lower right corner.

The original issue Capitol albums were manufactured with black label backdrops with an outer rim colorband. Label copy information specific to each album appears in silver print.
The labels for records manufactured on:
1) The East Coast were printed by Keystone Printed Specialties, Inc. in Scranton, Pensylvania.
2) The West Coast were printed by Bert-Co Enterprises in Los Angeles, California.

The East Coast and West Coast mono label variations:
1) First pressings of the East Coast label has  the title "BEATLES VI" loosely spaced.
2) First "West Coast" Pressings have the title "BEATLES VI" tightly spaced.
1) & 2) The First Pressings' credits all songs on both sides as BMI, except for track #6 of SIDE-1, "WORDS OF LOVE (ASCAP)", Later pressings have all BMI credit.
3) Later Jacksonville pressings have Small print in-house.
Jacksonville pressings have all BMI credit (maybe).
