The lower portion of the back liner contains "MADE IN U.S.A. • FACTORIES: SCRANTON, PA. - LOS ANGELES, CALIF. - JACKSONVILL, ILL." and the RIAA (Record Industry Association of America" logo. Most of the back liners have a small numeral located near the lower right or left corner. These numbers were used by Capitol to identify where the album cover was manufactured. (3=Scranton factory)

The original issue Capitol albums were manufactured with black label backdrops with an outer rim colorband. The label copy above the spindle hole lists the album title and the band name.
 Catalogue number "T-2553" was printed at the right side of the center hole.

COMMENTS
 "Yesterday and Today" is the Beatles' tenth Capitol Records release in the United States. The LP was released in both mono and stereo versions.
The Beatles “Yesterday"... and Today”, Capitol T-2553 (MONO), Released 20th. June, 1966.

From the not-yet-released Revolver, the tracks "I'm Only Sleeping", "Dr. Robert" and "And Your Bird Can Sing".

There are different back liners for the mono and stereo covers. Mono trunk covers have the Capitol/EMI box logo in the upper left corner
and the record number T 2553, the High Fidelity logo and “also available in stereo” in the upper right corner. At the bottom is the monophonic information, “MADE IN U.S.A.,” and the list of factories.
Stereo trunk covers  have the Capitol/EMI box logo, the stereo information, “MADE IN U.S.A.,” the list of factories, the record number ST 2553, the FDS logo and “also available in regular monophonic” in uppercase letters at the top. There is also a later trunk cover with the RIAA mark in red.

The album cover has an Capitol Records product number,  factory #3, Scranton.

2) The West Coast were printed by Bert-Co Enterprises in Los Angeles, California.

There are East Coast and West Coast mono label variations as well as East Coast and West Coast stereo label variations. Jacksonville pressings of the album have West Coast labels prepared by Bert-Co.
