COMMENTS
The [Ver.2] stereo cover is essentially the same as the Titles On Back [Ver.1] stereo cover, except for the substitution of the titles of the replacement songs on the back. The front is the same as the [Ver.1] cover, with a white top banner with "STEREOPHONIC" centered in grey and the number SR 1062 in black in the upper right hand corner. The stereo covers have the same back cover slick with "PLEASE, PLEASE ME" with a comma followed by a small gap. On some of these covers, there is a larger gap following the comma. No stereo covers have been confirmed with "PLEASE PLEASE ME" without a comma.
When pressing plants ran out of stereo covers, they did not wait for new stereo covers to arrive. Instead, they converted mono covers into stereo covers by either placing a sticker on the cover or embossing the cover.

Most of stereo Version Two discs were pressed with label backdrops having the outer rim colorband and a large white brackets logo. Several typesetting variations have been confirmed.
