The [Ver.2]
stereo cover is essentially the same as the Titles On Back
[Ver.1] stereo cover, except for the substitution of the
titles of the replacement songs on the back. The front is
the same as the [Ver.1] cover, with a white top banner with
"STEREOPHONIC" centered in grey and the number SR 1062 in
black in the upper right hand corner. The stereo covers have
the same back cover slick with "PLEASE, PLEASE ME" with a
comma followed by a small gap. On some of these covers,
there is a larger gap following the comma. No stereo covers
have been confirmed with "PLEASE PLEASE ME" without a comma. When pressing plants ran out of stereo covers, they did not wait for new stereo covers to arrive. Instead, they converted mono covers into stereo covers by either placing a sticker on the cover or embossing the cover. Most of stereo Version Two discs were pressed with label backdrops having the outer rim colorband and a large white brackets logo. Several typesetting variations have been confirmed. *Ver.2 stereo discs most likely do not exist with album-size label backdrops having the outer rim colorband and oval logo. Type-1) With "INTRODUCING THE BEATLES," centered titles and credits, including the "Coffin-King" typo, and "Microgroove" and "Long Playing" on the label. "STEREO" appears at 12 ofclock. The trail off areas of the record have the hand-etched initials gURJh and the date 1-24-64 on both sides and the matrix number S 63-3402-1 on Side I and S 63-3403-1 on Side II. The machine stamped Audio Matrix and "ARP" logos also appear on both sides. The record was manufactured by ARP.
